• Add 0.2 mL of the

HI 93748B Alkaline-cya-

nide reagent solution to

each cuvet, replace the

caps and shake gently.

• Add 1 mL of the

HI 93748C 0.1% PAN in-

dicator solution to each

cuvet, replace the caps

and shake gently.

• Place the cuvet with the reacted deion-

ized water (blank) into the holder and

ensure that the notch on the cap is

positioned securely into the groove.

• Press TIMER and the display will show the countdown prior to

zeroing the blank. Alternatively wait for 2 minutes and then

press ZERO. "SIP" will blink during zeroing.

• Wait for a few seconds and the display will

show "-0.0-". Now the meter is zeroed and

ready for measurement.

• Insert the second cuvet with the reacted

sample into the instrument.
