method. The reaction between ammonia and
reagents causes a yellow tint in the sample.

MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE
Select the program number corresponding to Ammonia HR on the
secondary LCD by pressing PROGRAM W and V.
Fill a cuvet with 1 mL of unreacted sample, by
means of the syringe.
Add 9 mL of HI 93733B
Ammonia Reagent, by
means of the 3 mL plastic
pipette. Place the cap and
swirl the solution to mix.
Place the cuvet into the holder and
ensure that the notch on the cap is
positioned securely into the groove.
