3 4 5 6 LL RR LL RR LL RR Thread a servo mounting screw into each of the holes in the aileron servo mounting holes. Remove the screws before proceeding. 4 6 8 Install the three hinges. Check their operation and position before the epoxy cures. Use a pin vise and 5/64-inch (2 mm) drill bit to drill the holes for the control horn mounting screws. Use a hobby knife to make a small hole in the bottom of the tail light lens to allow the light to stay cool.

Slide the cable though the tubes inside the fuselage. Pull the cable so equal portions are inside the fuselage. Slide a crimp on the cable, then the cable through the cable end. 6 7 x2 8 9 Apply a small amount of thin CA to harden the threads made in the previous step. Install the grommets and eyelets in the servo. Center the servo using the radio system. Thread the clevis on the cable end so it protrudes slightly between the forks of the clevis.
10 11 12 Mount the rudder servo using the hardware included with the servo. Connect the clevises from the cables to the horn in the locations shown in the previous step. Connect the rudder servo to the receiver. Use the radio system to hold the rudder servo centered. Pull the cable snug at the rear of the fuselage. Cut the cable using side cutters so there are two equal lengths exiting each side of the fuselage. Use low-tack tape to hold the rudder centered when installing the cables.
14 Tail Wheel Installation/Montage des Spornrad/ INSTALLATION DE LA ROULETTE DE QUEUE/INSTALLAZIONE DELLA RUOTA DI CODA 1 Remove the low-tack tape from the rudder. Check the operation of the rudder using the radio system. Adjust the clevises so there is light tension on the cables when the rudder is centered. Use a drill and 1/16-inch (1.5 mm) drill bit to drill the pilot holes for your particular motor. Placieren Sie die Bohrschablone auf dem Brandschott. Use a drill and 1/16-inch (1.5 mm) drill bit to drill the pilot holes for your particular motor. Remove the template from the firewall. Use a drill and 7/32inch (4mm) drill bit to enlarge the holes in the firewall. Cut the throttle pushrod tube to a length of 170 mm.
6 8 9 10 Secure the fuel tube to the fitting on the stopper by twisting the wire using pliers. Insert the stopper in the tank. Make sure the clunk can move freely inside the tank. Adjust as necessary. Secure the stopper by tightening the screw, then secure tubing for the carburetor and vent lines to the tank. Insert the assembled tank inside the fuselage, guiding the tubing through the hole in the firewall. Use a rubber band to secure the tank mounting plate in position.
