BackyardStorageSolutions,LLCwarrantsthefollowing:
1.Everyproductiswarrantedfromdefectsinworkmanshipandmanufacturingforone(1)yearfromtheoriginaldateof
purchase.
2.Allaccessories,hardwareandmetalcomponentsarewarrantedforoneyear.
3.Cedarlumberiswarrantedforfive(5)yearsagainstrotandde
cay.
4.Thispro
ductiswarrantedforRESIDENTIALUSEONLY.
5.ThisLimitedWarrantydoesnotcoverminororcosmeticdefectsinwoodsuchasknots,checks(splits,cracks),minor
twistingandwarpingovertime,oranyothernaturaloccurringpropertiesofwoodthatdonotaffecttheperformanceor
integrityofth
estructure.


yardProductsLLCwillrepair,replaceorpayfortheaffectedpart.InnoeventshallBackyardProducts,LLCpaythecostof
inspection,labororinstallationoranyothercostsrelatedthereto.Allwarrantiesarefromdateofpurchase.Ifacashrefundispaid

dpart,itwillbeproratedfromthedateofpurchase.

CONDITIONS
Thewarrantyiseffectiveonlywhen:
1.Theunithasbeenerectedinaccordancewiththeassemblyinstructions.
2.Theunithasbeenproperlyshingled,rooffeltanddripedgeinstalled,andregularlymaintained.
3.Thestructureisproperlyleveledandanchored.Failuretoanchorwillvoidyourwarranty.
4.Thefailureo
ccurswhentheunitisowne
dbytheoriginalpurchaserandisnottransferable.
5.Anymodificationsmadetotheoriginalstructurecoulddamagethestructureorresultinstructuralfailure.Backyard
cannotassumeanyresponsibilityformodificationstothestructure.Modificationstothestructurevoidsanyandall
warranties.

yardProducts,LLChasreceivedthewarrantyregistrationwithinthirty(30)daysofpurchaseandnotificationofthe
failureinwritingwithinthewarrantyperiodspecifiedabove.
7.BackyardProducts,LLChashadreasonableopportunityduringthesixty(60)daysfollowingreceiptofnotificationto
inspectandverifythefailurepriortocommencementofan
yre
pairwork.

REQUIREMENTS
Tovalidateyourwarranty,itisnecessarytoproperlymaintainyourBackyardProducts,LLCunit.Thisincludesshingling theroof,roof
felt,dripedgeinstallation,treatingthewoodonyourpavilionwithanexteriorgradewoodpreservative,water‐repellentorstain.
Bracketsandfastenerswhichindicaterustorchippingofpaintedsu
rfacesshouldbesa
nded,primedandpaintedtomaintain
appearanceandlongevity.Maintenancemustbedoneregularlyorasneededtomaintainyourwarranty.Keepvegetationtrimmed
awayfromstructure.Waterfromsprinklersmustbekeptoffunit.Avoidinstallingthestructureinstandingwaterorareasthat
collectwater.


heldresponsibleforanylaborcostsincurredtoconstructyourunit.
