Suncast is not responsible for replacing parts lost or damaged due to incorrect assembly. • Check for all parts before you begin assembly. Using the provided parts check list on page 5, verify that you have all the parts required to assemble your hose reel. Caution • Not intended for use by children.

Assembly / Assemblage / Armado 1 A 1 B EN: Attach the handle (A) to the hose reel housing (B). Press down on the handle (A) until you hear a snap. FR: Fixez la poignée (A) sur le dévidoir (B). Appuyez sur la poignée (A) jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’enclenche. ES: Acople el mango (A) a la carcasa del carrete de manguera (B). Presione hacia abajo el mango (A) hasta que escuche un chasquido. 2 1 C D EN: Attach the crank handle (C) onto the crank arm by inserting the screw (D) through the crank handle (C).
Assembly / Assemblage / Armado 3 4 F In-tube tube d'arrivée tubo de entrada Out-tube tube de sortie tubo de salida EN: Connect the leader hose (F) to the In-tube on the exterior of the hose reel. Connect the opposite end of the leader hose to the water supply. Do not cross-thread the leader hose into the In-tube. See important instructions for details. Insert your garden hose between frame bars and connect to Out-tube. Turn on the water supply and check for leaks.

In Tube/Out Tube removal for O-ring replacement □□ Remove two screws from the In-Tube and two screws from the Out-Tube. (Fig. 1) □□ Remove In-tube then remove the clip. (Fig. 2) Pull apart to locate the O-rings. □□ To replace the O-rings on the In-Tube (Fig. 3) remove them from the In-Tube. Coat new O-rings with silicone based lubricant and return to the In-tube.
