Screw the Nipple (#29) a half-inch into the Mounting Strap (#27). Tighten the Hex Nut (#26) against the Mounting Strap (#27) to secure the Nipple (#29). Attach the Mounting Strap (#27) to the Outlet Box (#24) using the two Outlet Box Screws (#30).

TROUBLESHOOTING: Problem Light Bulb will not illuminate. Fuse blows or circuit breaker trips when light bulb is illuminated. Possible Cause 1. Light bulb is burned out. 2. Power is off. 3. Faulty wire connection. 4. Faulty switch. Crossed wires or power wire is grounding out. Corrective Action 1. Replace light bulb. 2. Make sure power supply is on. 3. Check wiring. 4.
