2ea Washers A (#7) 2ea Lock Nuts A (#8) 1ea Fixture Frame (#9)
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully unpack the fixture. Lay out all parts on a clean surface.
2. Before continuing Assembly, please proceed to the Installation Instructions.
3. Install two 60 watt candelabra incandescent light Bulbs (#6) (not included)
or two equivalent candelabra compact fluorescent light bulbs (not included)
in the two Socket Sleeves (#5).
4. Place the two Washers A (#7) onto the two Screws (#4) on the Wall Plate
(#1). Place the Fixture Frame (#9) over the Wall Plate (#1) by aligning the
two Screws (#4) to protrude through the two holes on the Fixture Frame
(#9). Secure the Fixture Frame (#9) by screwing the two Lock Nuts A (#8)
onto the two protruding Screws (#4).
