Installing the wood shelves

Fireplace Insert

Lift the replace insert carefully into the back of the

unit and center in the insert opening. Do not drag the

insert across the Hearth/Base (A) as it may scratch

your unit.

Attach the Securing Block (S) to hold the insert from

the back using the Bolts (AA) through pre-drilled

holes.

Inserting the replace into the

mantel assembly

Choose the desired height for the Shelf (H) and place the

four Shelf Pins (DD) into the same height shelf holes

inside the side panels.

Insert the Wood Shelf (H), and allow the Wood Shelf (H)

to rest on the Shelf Pin (DD).

NOTE:

Please read all “electric replace insert”

instructions prior to installing the electric insert in your

completed replace mantel. Install the insert in your replace

close to its nal position.

NOTE:

Use great care to move your completed unit. Move

it only short distances, and use two people to move it into its

nal position.
