Caution: Read instructions carefully and turn electricity off at main circuit breaker panel before beginning installation.

Warning: If any special control devices are used with this xture, follow the instructions carefully to assure full

compliance with N.E.C. requirements. If there are any questions, contact a licensed qualied electrical contractor.

If your ceiling fan has REVERSE MODULE in the switch box, go to Figure 1 and follow steps for installation.

If your ceiling fan has NO REVERSE MODULE in the switch box, go to Figure 2 and follow steps for installation.

1. Remove the fan switch box from the fan assembly by removing one screw, loosening two screws and unplugging the

molded adaptors from the reverse module.

2. Remove the center nial from the switch box.

3. Remove the lock washer and hex nut from the top of the light kit. Insert the black and white wires from the light kit

through the center hole of the switch box, thread the switch box onto the light kit. Re-install lock washer and hex nut

and tighten securely.

4. Locate the blue and white wires inside the switch box for the light kit connection. Connect the blue wire from the

switch box to the black wire from the light kit and white wire from the switch box to the white wire from the light kit.

5. Re-attach the switch box to the switch box adaptor of the fan assembly by aligning the three screw holes on the switch

box with the screw holes on the switch box adaptor. Secure the screw removed in step 1 and tighten the other two

screws.

Proceed to step 6 (For fan without pull chain or For fan with pull chain)

If the glass contacts the blade, please follow the steps below: 1. Cut the adaptor connector of the wires from the fitter. 2. Thread the wires from the fitter through nut, spacer nut, threaded pipe and sleeve. 3. Insert the black and white wires from the light kit through the center hole of the switch box; thread the switch box onto the light kit. Re-install lock washer and hex nut and tighten securely. Connect the black wire from the fitter to the extra black wire provided.
