Installation

Installing the mounting bracket

Making the electrical connections

Unscrew the canopy nuts (I) from canopy (G) and detach

the mounting bracket (H). Attach the mounting bracket (H) to

the junction box (not included) with junction box screws (AA).

Installing the xture

Carefully unpack and lay all parts on a clean, level surface.

Thread the support stem (A) onto the square frame (B).

Unscrew the knurled nut (D) from the support stem (A).

Fit the washer on the shade (C) over the wires and sits onto the

support stem (A), secure with knurled nut (D).

The direction of shade (C) should be match with square frame (B).

Thread the short tube (E) onto the exposed end of support stem (A) and

the long tube (F) onto the short tube (E), and then assemble other 2 long tubes (F).

Adjust the height of lamp by either increasing or decreasing the long tube (F).

Thread the canopy (G) onto the tube (F). You can adjust the canopy direction

to match the shade (C) by turning swivel on the canopy (G).

NOTE: The wires need to pass through each tube plus the swivel and canopy

during all assembly steps.

Make the connections to a 120V AC 60Hz circuit.

Connect the white wire from the canopy (G) to the white wire of the

supply circuit. Connect the black wire from the canopy (G) to the black

wire of the supply circuit. Connect the bare copper grounding wire from

the canopy (G) to the grounding conductor of the supply circuit.

All connections should be made with the supplied wire connectors (BB),

there should be no loose wires exposed.

Secure wire connectors (BB) with U.L./CSA Listed electrical tape.

Place the canopy (G) against the mounting surface, allowing the

preassembled screws on mounting bracket (H) to pass through the

canopy (G). Secure with previously removed canopy nuts (I).
