1 Glass Shade (#7) 1 Loop (#1) 1 Nipple (#4) 1 Metal Washer (#5)
1 Plastic Washer (#6) 1 Cap (#8) 1 Finial (#9)
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box, if necessary remove old fixture
and all mounting hardware from outlet box.
2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear area, Take care
not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.
3. Secure Loop (#1) to Fixture’s Body (#2).
4. Adjust Arms (#3) to the proper position.
5. Attach Nipple (#4) to the bottom of Fixture’s Body (#2) then thread Washer (#5&#6)
at the bottom end of Nipple (#4).
6. Slide Glass Shade (#7) upwards over Nipple (#4).
7. While holding the Glass Shade, slide Cap (#8) over the Nipple (#4) and secure with
Finial (#9).
