Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents, or harsh abrasives. Use only a dry, soft cloth to dust or wipe carefully.
To clean the fixture, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box, and use a dry or
slightly dampened, clean cloth to wipe the exterior surface of the fixture.
Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Solution
The bulb is burned out. Replace the light bulb.
The power is off. Ensure the power supply is turned on.
There is a faulty switch. Test or replace the switch.
The lights will not turn on.
There is a faulty wire connection. Check the wiring.
The fuse blows, or the circuit breaker
trips, when the light is turned on.
There are crossed wires, or the power
wire is grounding out.
Discontinue use of the lamp. Check the wire connections.

Installing the light bulbs and the
glass shade
Raise the canopy (A) all the way up to the ceiling, and tighten
the ring (DD) onto the screw collar loop (EE) until the canopy
(A) is firmly held against the ceiling.
Install the light bulbs (not included) into the sockets. Use
three 60-watt medium base bulbs.
Fasten the threaded tube (NN) onto the bushing of the fixture
body (E).
Place the metal washer (LL), plastic washer (KK), glass shade
(F), plastic washer (KK), and metal washer (LL) over the
threaded tube (NN), and secure them with the hex nut (MM).
(Do not tighten.)
Place the cap (G) over the threaded tube (NN), and secure it
with the finial (H).
NOTE: You can also use three 13w maximum self-
ballasted CFL bulbs (sold separately). Do not exceed the
recommended wattage.
