ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Shut down the main electrical supply from the fuse box or circuit breaker in your house or building.
2. Thread the support screws (long) into hole of mounting strip about 4 complete turns. Lock in place with
G5/32 inch hex nut. Tighten this support screws (long) should extend long enough to protrude through the
canopy when it is mounted.(Adjust as needed)
3. Fasten the mounting strip onto outlet box using two outlet box screws (short).
4. Connect the wire from the fixture to the power supply wire from outlet box. Cover with wire connectors.
A. Twist together two white wires from the fixture with white wire from outlet box. Cover with wire
connector.
B. Twist together two black wires from the fixture with black wire from outlet box. Cover with wire
connector.
C. The bare copper grounding wire from the fixture must loop one turn under the head of green screw on
mounting strip before it is connected to the grounding conductor of the supply circuit.
5. Carefully position all wiring inside outlet box.
6. Attach the canopy to ceiling by passing the support screw through the larger portion of the key holes.
Twist the canopy so that the support screw moves to the narrower portion of the key holes, tighten support
screws.
7. Install the bulbs (not included). Use 60-watt Maximum standard type A bulbs or MAX 13W UL
LISTED CFL bulb.
8. Thread the threaded pipe into the bushing located on the canopy and secure with G3/8 inch hex nut. Place
the glass shade and washer over the threaded pipe and secure by G3/8 inch hex nut (Do not tighten
excessively), then slide the cap over the threaded pipe and secure by the finial as show in diagram.
9. Turn on the electrical power in your house or building to activate the flush mount.
