General Care & Maintenance
Thank you for purchasing this beautiful outdoor patio furniture. All products are warranted to be free from defect in
materials and workmanship. This limited warranty is only valid to the original purchaser from the date of purchase from
an authorized dealer.
General Cleaning & Care Directions:
Use a solution of mild soap and water for normal cleaning. Do not use janitorial or alcohol-based cleaners.
Note, some cleaners may be marked as “natural,” but some ingredients may cause discoloration or have an
adverse reaction to your furniture.
Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth towel. Allow to air dry completely.
For metal frames, treat/apply a clear automotive wax for maximum protection against UV rays and/or salty,
damp air.
For minor spills on cushions and fabric, we recommend that you wipe them clean using a solution of mild soap
and water and a clean white cloth. DO NOT dry clean. DO NOT use home/commercial laundry machines or
dryers. Note, most fabrics have been pre-treated during production to resist staining; therefore, application of
any aftermarket fabric treatment is not recommended as it may cause a negative reaction. Also, be aware that
body/suntan lotions may stain the fabric. To avoid stains caused by these products, we recommend you place a
towel down or be careful to not allow lotion to come in contact with the fabric. Lastly, if the cushions do
happen to be left outside, and they accumulate rain water, simply stand the cushion up on one edge to help
channel the water out. Keeping the cushion flat will not allow water to fully drain from the cushion.
When furniture is not in use, we recommend that it be covered or stored inside.
Additional Suggested Product Care for Extreme Environments:
We recognize that certain extreme environments may exist and depending on where you reside, or choose to enjoy
your outdoor furniture, these conditions can potentially accelerate the likelihood for oxidation, fading, and freezing.
Even though your furniture is made using the finest materials suited for the outdoors, we strongly recommend following
these additional care precautions to reduce the chance of damage. These actions will greatly help preserve and extend
the life of your furniture.
Salt Air: if your furniture is exposed to salt air, we strongly recommend that you follow the above cleaning
guidelines and wash your frames frequently with a solution of mild soap and water to help resist oxidation and/
or rusting.
Direct Sunlight: even though today’s premium fabrics, frame finishes, and outdoor wickers all offer excellent UV
resistance, if your furniture is not under some type of canopy or covered structure, and it is in direct sunlight,
natural fading can occur. We strongly recommend covering your furniture when possible, and when not in use,
removing the cushions and storing them in a dry, covered area.
Freeze: if your furniture is exposed to any type of freezing conditions, we strongly recommend that you tip the
furniture on edge to allow any potential moisture built up to drain out through one of the frame’s many
strategically located drain holes. You’ll notice these small holes located on the underside of the frame. When
finished, store your furniture inside if possible.
