HINWEIS zum Verschlusspuffer Ihrer SP20
Der neuartige Verschlusspuffer mit einem speziell abgestimmten Dämp-
fungselement sollte ca. alle 2000 Schuss auf seine korrekte Funktion über-
prüft werden.Beim Zurückziehen des Verschlusses, sollte auf den letzten
4mm Weg die Kraft spürbar ansteigen, diese Kraft wird durch den Puffer
erzeugt. Am deutlichsten spürt man die Wirkung, wenn man die Überprüfung
bei ausgebauten Verschlussfedern durchführt.
Bei spürbar nachlassender Wirkung sollte das Dämpfungselement ausge-
tauscht werden, ein Ersatzelement liegt jeder Waffe bei.
Zum Ausbau muss das Abzugsystem und der Haltestift für die Kimme ent-
fernt werden.
Sollten Sie unsicher sein, suchen Sie bitte einen Fachmann auf.
Beachten Sie unbedingt die Hinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung
und überzeugen Sie sich davon dass die Waffe entladen ist bevor
sie das Dämpfungssystem überprüfen!
REMARK on the bolt buffer of your SP20
The new bolt buffer comes with a dedicated dampening element. It is
recommended to check the bolt buffer after every 2000 rounds fired for
correct function.
To do so, just pull back the bolt all the way to the rear. The force needed to
do so should increase noticeably on the last 4mm before the bolt stops on its
most rearward position.
This increase in force is caused by the bolt buffer. The most efficient way to
perform this test is to remove the mainsprings and do the test without
mainsprings installed.
If your buffer gives any indication that it is not performing properly or the
operation of your buffer has changed, then replace the bolt buffer. You will
find a spare bolt buffer included in the box of your SP20.
To replace the buffer remove the trigger assembly and the rear sight retaining
pin.
Please have your SP20 inspected by a gunsmith if you feel uncertain about
any of the above mentioned items.
NOTE: Always follow the instructions provided in your SP20
Owner’s Manual. Always make sure your firearm is unloaded
(chamber cleared, magazine empty) prior to testing the bolt
buffer.
