Knee bends with barbell:
Start position: Stand in front of the cage and take out the barbell. Lay the barbell on your shoulders and fix the barbell with your hands. The
knees are slightly bent.
End position: Move your body downwards and beware the upright position of the upper body. If you be in your end position, please move your
body upwards till to the start position.
Attention: Please let your upper body fixed and fix the barbell with your hands. Bent your knees not more than 90°!
Cross cable:
Start position: Please use the both handgrips and stay in front of your cage. Your arms are slightly bent.
End position: Pull your arms downwards.
Attention: Fix the upper body!
