Lat pull, sitting on the bench:
Start position: Arms are nearly complete straight. Shoulders must be in horizontal line.
Endposition: Pull down the lat bar, until it nearly touch your neck.
Attention: During pulling please let you upper body fixed. During relaesing, please pay attention that the shoulders are still in the lower
position. Keep enough space between the bar and your head.
Triceps, laying:
Start position: Hands hold the triceps bar, ellbows are at the same height as your ears, body is laying on the ground.
Endposition: Move your forearms upwards.
Attention: Ellbows has to be fixed!
Bench press laying:
Start position: Laying on the bench and take out the barbell. The arms are in vertically position.
End position: Move your arms downwards (slowly), after that please push the arms upwards.
Attention: Take care with the weights on the barbell - please do not use too heavy weights, because it is a free movement!
