1. Ensure there is water in the Removable
Water Reservoir and move the Frothing
Nozzle to the right of the unit.
How to Froth Milk
2. Plug into outlet. Press ON/OFF Button to
begin heating water. When heated, the
light next to Temperature Selection button
will come on.
3. Press the Temperature Selection
button.
4. Turn the Steam Control Dial clockwise
to NO STEAM ( ).
5. Fill a metal or ceramic cup 1/3 full with
cold milk. A stainless steel cup and
skim milk are recommended.
6. Hold cup underneath Frothing Nozzle,
leaving about 1/4 to 1/2 inch between
the Nozzle and the bottom of the cup.
7. Rotate Steam Control Dial about
3/4 turn toward steam. Hold cup
under Frothing Nozzle until desired
consistency is reached. Froth should
be stiff and scoopable with a spoon.
8. Turn Steam Control Dial to NO STEAM
(
). Press ON/OFF Button (light will go
off); then press Temperature Selection
Button again to turn off steam temperature.
Unplug from outlet. Clean the Frothing
Nozzle after each use.
