Using KBA100N as a Bluetooth stereo audio receiver
As a receiver, the Music Port receives the audio wirelessly from a Bluetooth audio transmitter and pumps it out of
its “Audio Out” jack.
1. Pair with a neighbouring Bluetooth audio transmitter.
- Place the Bluetooth audio transmitter close to the Music Port and put it into pairing mode.
Note: The Bluetooth audio transmitter can be a A2DP-capable mobile phone or PC. Please refer to the user
manual of these devices on how to put them into pairing mode.
- Place the Music Port into “Receiver” mode. Turn on the Music by pressing briefly the “PWR” button.
Switch the Music Port to the “Receiver” mode.
Pressing briefly the “PWR” button once will change the mode. Keep pressing the “PWR” button until the mode is
“Receiver” mode. When the Music Port is in “Receiver” mode, the Receiver Indicator Light will turn on.
- Put the Music Port into pairing state
Press and hold the “PAIR” button for 3 seconds. Now, the Music Port goes into pairing as a Receiver.
If everything runs smoothly, the Music Port will pair and connect up to the neighbouring Bluetooth stereo headset.
The Receiver Indicator Light blinks to indicate that the Music Port is in pairing.
2. Audio streaming
The audio will start streaming wirelessly from the Music Port to the headset after connection is successful.
The Transmitter Indicator Light blinks quickly to indicate that streaming is in progress.
