Activating the remote control Open the battery compartment cover. It is located on the rear of the remote control and can be opened by sliding it in the direction indicated. Two AAA batteries are included in the delivery, they should be inserted in the battery compartment of the remote control. Observe the correct polarity when inserting batteries. 5.2.2.1 Time/Date Use this menu item to choose whether the radio should display the current time using the 12 or 24 hour clock. Confirm your selection by pressing the [ENTER] button. Alternative access method: [MENU] > System settings > Time/Date 5.2.2.2 Auto update (time/date) Use this menu item to determine whether the time and date should be updated via a receiver technology (internet) or if the time should be set manually. Confirm the selection using [ENTER].
5.2.2.3.2 Connection with pre-shared key (PSK) In addition to a WPS connection, you can also establish a connection using a Pre-Shared-Key. The required key is often on the rear of the router, or you may have defined it yourself. This method is used automatically for networks without WPS. You can call up the Pre-Shared-Key function on networks with WPS by selecting menu item “Skip WPS”. An input field should now appear.
Note You have to enter the entire network configuration (IP address, Subnet mask, Gateway address, DNS) in the following screens. You can select the individual digits by turning the navigation controller and pressing the [ENTER] button. Refer to the configuration of your own network for the network information required, or request this information from your network administrator. Once all the data required has been entered, the radio will then try to connect to the network.
5.2.3.3 Software Upgrade A new update is released from time to time for the radio. If the radio is connected to the internet you will automatically receive notification that a new update is available for installation. If you have deactivated automatic updates, you can also use this menu item to check manually for updates. To this end select the entry ‚Check now‘ (System settings > Software Upgrade). The radio then checks the update server for a new update.
5.2.4.4 Keep network connected This setting is a radio energy-saving function. If this function is disabled, the radio switches the network module off when the radio is not currently using a network connection. This is, for instance, the case when the radio is in standby mode. If this function is disabled, you will, as a result, not be able to access the radio via PC, smartphone or tablet. You should enable this menu item if you want to use streaming or control functions via an app.
Playback of My playlist: (Locally created/network playlist) The radio has a local playlist, you can add files to it from network shares. To add files to the playlist, first navigate to the file you want to add and hold the [ENTER] button down for three seconds. The selected audio file is now copied to the playlist.
Time: You can set the exact alarm time by turning the navigation controller and pressing the [ENTER] button. Mode: Here you can decide whether you want to be woken by a buzzer or by Internet radio. Note When using internet connections take care that the internet connection will be available at the time of the alarm. If no connection is available the radio instead uses a wake-up buzzer.

Fernbedienung in Betrieb nehmen Öffnen Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs. Diese befindet sich auf der Rückseite der Fernbedienung und kann durch schieben in die gekennzeichnete Richtung geöffnet werden. Zum Lieferumfang gehören zwei AAA-Batterien, welche Sie für die Inbetriebnahme in das Batteriefach einlegen müssen. Achten Sie beim Einlegen darauf, dass die Batterien mit der richtigen Polarität eingelegt werden. Die vorgegebene Polarität (+ / -) ist im Batteriefach gekennzeichnet.
Hinweis • Der Einrichtungsassistent umfasst die Punkte 5.2.2.1, 5.2.2.2, 5.2.2.3 und 5.2.2.4, welche auch später direkt aus den Systemeinstellungen aufgerufen werden können. 5.2.2.1 Zeiteinstellungen Wählen Sie in diesem Menüpunkt, ob der Radio die aktuelle Uhrzeit im 12 oder 24 Stunden-Format darstellen soll. 5.2.2.3.2 Verbindung mit Pre-Shared-Key (PSK) Neben der Verbindung per WPS, können Sie auch eine Verbindung mit einem Pre-Shared-Key herstellen. Der benötigte Key (Schlüssel) ist häufig auf der Rückseite des Routers zu finden oder wurde von Ihnen festgelegt. Bei einem Netzwerk ohne WPS-Funktion wird automatisch diese Methode verwendet. Bei einem Netzwerk mit WPSFunktion können Sie die Pre-Shared- Key-Funktion aufrufen, indem Sie den Menüpunkt „WPS überspringen“ auswählen.
Hinweis Sie müssen die gesamte Netzwerkkonfiguration (IPAdresse, Subnet-Maske, Gateway-Adresse, DNS) in die folgenden Masken eingeben. Die Auswahl der einzelnen Stellen erfolgt durch Drehen des Navigationsreglers und Drücken der [ENTER]-Taste. Die benötigten Informationen für das Netzwerk entnehmen Sie Ihrer eigenen Netzwerkkonfiguration oder erfragen diese bei Ihrem Netzwerkadministrator. Nachdem alle benötigten Daten eingegeben wurden, versucht der Radio sich mit dem Netzwerk zu verbinden.
5.2.3.3 Software-Aktualisierung Von Zeit zu Zeit wird ein neues Update für den Radio bereitgestellt. Ist der Radio mit dem Internet verbunden, erhalten Sie automatisch eine Mitteilung, dass ein neues Update bereitsteht und installiert werden kann. Haben Sie die automatischen Updates deaktiviert, können Sie in diesem Menüpunkt auch selbständig auf Updates überprüfen. Wählen Sie dazu die Funktion Update suchen (Systemeinstellungen > Software-Aktualisierung).
5.2.4.4 Netzwerkverbindung halten Bei dieser Einstellung handelt es sich um eine Energiesparfunktion des Radios. Ist diese Funktion deaktiviert, schaltet der Radio das Netzwerkmodul ab, wenn der Radio gerade keine Netzwerkverbindung nutzt. Dies ist Beispielsweise der Fall wenn sich das Radio im Standby-Modus befindet. Dementsprechend können Sie nicht per PC, Smartphone oder Tablet auf das Radio zugreifen, sollte diese Funktion deaktiviert sein.
Hinweis Diese Funktionen sind nur nutzbar, wenn der ID3-Tag und weitere Dateiinformationen auf dem Quellgerät gepflegt wurden. Wiedergabe von Playlist: (Lokal erstellt/Netzwerk Playlist) Der Radio verfügt über eine lokale Playlist, die Sie mit Dateien aus den Netzwerkfreigaben füllen können. Um eine Datei dieser Playlist hinzuzufügen, navigieren Sie zuerst zu dieser Datei und halten dann die [ENTER]-Taste drei Sekunden gedrückt. Die markierte Audiodatei wird nun in der Playlist gespeichert.
Durch Drehen des Navigationsreglers und Drücken der [ENTER]-Taste können Sie die genaue Weckzeit einstellen. Modus: Legen Sie hier fest, ob Sie durch einen Summer oder Internet Radio geweckt werden möchten. Hinweis Bei der Verwendung von Internetverbindungen ist darauf zu achten, dass die Internetverbindung zum Weckzeitpunkt verfügbar sein sollte. Ist keine Verbindung verfügbar, weicht das Radio auf das Wecken durch Summer aus.
7.3 Info (Internet Radio / Wiedergabe) Abhängig vom aktuellen Abspielmodus übertragen viele Radiostationen zahlreiche weitere Informationen. Durch das Drücken der [INFO]-Taste am Radio oder der Fernbedienung, wechseln Sie zwischen diesen Informationen. Häufig handelt es sich dabei um folgende Zusatzinformationen: Time/Date: Uhrzeit und Datum werden automatisch durch übersendete Informationen aktualisiert. Ist keine Information zu Uhrzeit und Datum verfügbar, zeigt das Display lediglich
8.3 Lokale Sender Im Menü „Internet Radio“ können Sie gezielt nach Sendern aus Ihrem Land suchen. Um diese Suchmethode zu nutzen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor. [MENU] > Senderliste > Local « Country » Innerhalb dieser Eingrenzung, können Sie zusätzlich nach Genres eingrenzen oder alle Sender anzeigen lassen. 8.4 Sender Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit Sender mit zahlreichen anderen Suchfunktionen zu finden. 8.4.
8.7 Hilfe 8.7.1 Zugriffscode erhalten (vTuner / online) Um sich auf dem Webportal http://www.wifiradio-frontier. com registrieren zu können oder dieses Radio einem bestehenden Account hinzuzufügen, benötigen Sie den Zugriffscode der auf dem Radio hinterlegt ist. Der Zugriffscode besteht aus sieben Zeichen und ist im Radio lokal abgelegt. Ouvrez le couvercle du compartiment à piles. Ce compartiment est situé sur la face arrière de la télécommande ; faites glisser le couvercle dans la direction indiquée afin de l‘ouvrir. Deux piles LR03/AAA sont fournies ; insérez ces piles dans le compartiment avant la première mise en service. 5.2.2.3.2 Connexion via clé pré-partagée (PreShared-Key - PSK) Parallèlement à une connexion via WPS, vous pouvez également établir une connexion via clé pré-partagée. Vous trouverez généralement la clé nécessaire sur la face arrière de votre routeur ou vous l‘avez éventuellement définie individuellement. Cette méthode est automatiquement utilisée pour les réseaux dépourvus de fonction WPS.
Remarque Vous devez saisir l‘intégralité de la configuration réseau (Adresse IP, Masque de sous-réseau, Adresse passerelle, DNS) dans les champs suivants. Vous pouvez sélectionner les champs en tournant la molette de navigation et en appuyant sur la touche [ENTER]. Vous obtiendrez les informations nécessaires pour le réseau de votre propre configuration réseau ou de votre administrateur réseau. Après avoir saisi toutes les données requises, la radio tente de se connecter au réseau.
5.2.3.3 Mise à jour logiciel Une nouvelle mise à jour est régulièrement mise à disposition pour votre radio. Dès que votre radio est connectée à internet, vous recevrez automatiquement un message vous signifiant qu‘une nouvelle mise à jour est disponible et peut être installée. Vous pourrez vérifier si des mises à jour sont disponibles à l‘aide de cette option de menu dans le cas où vous avez désactivé la fonction de mises à jour automatiques.
5.2.4.4 Gardez réseau connecté Cette option permet de désactiver la fonction d‘économie d‘énergie de la radio. En désactivant cette fonction, la radio met le module réseau hors tension dès que la radio n‘utilise pas de connexion réseau, ce qui est, par exemple, le cas lorsque la radio est en mode veille. En conséquence, vous ne pourrez plus accéder à la radio via un ordinateur, smartphone ou une tablette lorsque cette fonction est désactivée.
Remarque Ces fonctions sont opérationnelles uniquement si des balises ID3 et d‘autres informations ont été saisies dans l‘appareil source. Lecture de Ma liste de lecture : (liste de lecture crée localement / liste de lecture du réseau) La radio dispose d‘une liste de lecture locale dans laquelle vous pouvez insérer des fichiers provenant des fichiers partagés dans le réseau.
Heure : Tournez et appuyez sur la touche [ENTER] afin de régler l‘heure de réveil exacte. Mode : Vous pouvez définir, ici, le type de son souhaité pour votre réveil (sonnerie ou radio internet). Remarque Nous vous conseillons d‘effectuer la mise à jour automatique de la radio via DAB. (5.2.2.2) Vous garantirez, ainsi, que la radio conserve l‘heure exacte, même en cas de coupure de courant ou à la suite d‘un changement d‘heure (heure d‘été - heure d‘hiver).
7.3 Info (radio internet / lecture) De nombreuses stations de radio diffusent des informations, en fonction du mode de lecture sélectionné. Appuyez sur la touche [INFO] de la radio ou de la télécommande afin de sélectionner ces informations. Il s‘agit souvent des informations supplémentaires suivantes : Heure / date : L‘heure et la date sont mises à jour automatiquement avec les informations envoyées.
Dans le cas où une station n‘est pas encore disponible, vous pouvez l‘ajouter manuellement sur le portail ou proposer l‘ajout de cette station dans la base de données (proposition de stations). La base de données est augmentée en permanence. 8.3 Stations locales Le menu « Radio internet » vous permet de rechercher des stations de façon ciblée en fonction de votre pays.
8.7 Aide 8.7.1 Réception du code d'accès (vTuner/en ligne) Vous aurez besoin du code d‘accès de la radio pour pouvoir vous enregistrer sur le portail web http://www.wifiradiofrontier.com ou pour ajouter un compte existant à cette radio. Le code d‘accès est composé de sept caractères et est conservé localement dans la radio. Messa in funzione del telecomando Aprire il coperchio del vano batterie. Esso si trova sul retro del telecomando e può essere aperto spingendolo nella direzione contrassegnata. Nel volume di fornitura sono comprese due batterie AAA che devono essere inserite nel vano batterie per la messa in esercizio. Durante l‘inserimento delle batterie, prestare attenzione alla polarità corretta (+ / -) indicata nel vano batterie. Configurazione della connessione di rete 4.
5.2.2.1 Ora/Data Selezionare in questa opzione di menu se la radio deve visualizzare l‘ora esatta nel formato da 12 o 24 ore. Confermare la selezione premendo il tasto [ENTER]. Richiamo alternativo: [MENU] > Config. di sistema > Ora/Data 5.2.2.2 Aggiorn. automatico (Ora/Data) In questa opzione di menu si stabilisce se l‘ora e la data debbano essere aggiornate mediante una tecnologia di ricezione (Internet) o impostate manualmente. La selezione viene confermata con [ENTER].
5.2.2.3.2 Connessione con Pre-Shared-Key (PSK) Oltre alla connessione via WPS, la connessione può essere stabilita anche con una chiave già condivisa. La chiave richiesta è spesso sul retro del router oppure è stata definita ad esempio dall‘utente. Per una rete priva di funzione WPS viene adottato automaticamente questo metodo. Per una rete con funzione WPS è possibile richiamare la funzione Pre-Shared-Key, selezionando la voce di menu Salta WPS.
Nota È possibile immettere l‘intera configurazione di rete (Indirizzo IP, Masch. sottorete, Ind. gateway, DNS) nelle seguenti maschere. La selezione delle singole posizioni può essere effettuata ruotando il regolatore di navigazione e premendo il tasto [ENTER]. Per le informazioni necessarie in merito alla rete, si rimanda alla rispettiva configurazione di rete oppure rivolgersi al proprio amministratore di rete. Dopo che sono stati immessi tutti i dati richiesti, la radio cerca di connettersi con la rete.
5.2.3.3 Aggiorn. software Di tanto in tanto viene messo a disposizione per la radio un nuovo aggiornamento. Se la radio è connessa a Internet, si riceve automaticamente un messaggio che è a disposizione e può essere installato un nuovo aggiornamento. Se è stata disattivata la funzione di aggiornamento automatico, nell'opzione di menu è possibile comunque verificare autonomamente se risultano aggiornamenti. Selezionare al riguardo la voce "Verifica ora" (Config. di sistema > Aggiorn. software).
5.2.4.4 Tenere rete connessa L‘impostazione riguarda una funzione di risparmio energetico della radio. Se questa funzione è disattivata, la radio disattiva il modulo della rete quando non sta utilizzando la connessione di rete. Questo è il caso, ad es. quando la radio si trova in modalità stand-by. Di conseguenza, se questa funzione è disattivata, non sarà possibile accedere alla radio con il PC, lo smartphone o il tablet.
Nota è possibile avvalersi di queste funzioni solo se sono stati aggiornati il tag ID3 e altre informazioni relative ai file sul dispositivo di origine. Riproduzione di La mia playlist: (creata localmente/ elenco di riproduzione rete) La radio dispone di un elenco di riproduzione locale, integrabile con file tratti dalle condivisioni di rete. Per aggiungere un file da questo elenco di riproduzione, spostarsi innanzitutto sul file, quindi tenere premuto per tre secondi il tasto [ENTER].
Orario: Ruotando il regolatore di navigazione e premendo il tasto [ENTER] è possibile impostare l‘ora di sveglia esatta. Modalità: Stabilire se si intende essere svegliati da un cicalino o dalla Internet radio.
