11.1.5 Printing Data-logs
You can print Data-logs to a “.txt” file or any ASCII parallel printer, such as IBM compatible
dot matrix printers.
To print a Data-log, press

in the Data-log sub-menu or data-log page.
The software will p rompt the user whether the data-log should be printed to the printer or to a
text file. Press )

to print to a file, or

to print to a printer. The software is designed to print
to a dot matrix printer. If a dot matrix printer is not available, print the Data-log to a file and
then print the file from DOS or from a word processor / editor. The text file can be loaded
into a sp readsheet.
The information in the Data-log is divided into pages of data. The total number of pages in the
current Data-log is disp lay ed. The software will ask for the numb ers of the first and last p ages
you want to print. If you want to print the entire Data-log, enter 1 for the first page, and the
number displayed as the last page.
The system pauses to allow the user to set up the printer. To abort printing, press

, any other key begins the printing. Before
printing commences, the printer must be ONLINE and have power and paper. T abort
