HALEX TACK STRIP CARE AND USE GUIDE
1. Prior to installing tack strip and carpet, keep tack strip in a cool, dry location.
2. After installation of the tack strip, carpet is installed, preventing access to the tack strip.
No further care or use requirements are needed.
3. If you intend to reuse a tack strip for future installations, take care not to the break tack
strip when removing carpet. Check all parts, and replace any sections where damage has
occurred.
