Preparations
Press the DVD button on the remote control to enter the DVD status.
Note
The unit do not allow you re-enter the DVD mode again in order to prevent damage to the DVD disc.
Wait for 10 second to enter again.
Basic playback
1. Place the DVD in the disk slot (note: make sure the label towards back).
2. Some disc will automatically start. Others may not playback automatically, use the
cursor button on the remote control to select menu options and press PLAY to start,
or press digits to select a menu options directly.
Stop playback
1. Press STOP button to go to stop mode, the TV screen will show the start logo.
With some disc, such as DVDs and audio Cds, the player can playback
2. Press PLAY to resume playback from the location where playback is stopped.
3. Press STOP twice to stop completely.

Pause playback
1. Press PAUSE/STEP/REC to pause playback (still mode).
The sound will be muted during still mode.
2. Press PLAY to resume normal playback.
Note: The REC button is a universal remote control code, unuseful in this TV.
Previous and Next
Fast forward and Fast reverse
During playing, press PREV key will restart the last chapter and skip chapters
backwards with each subsequent press until the start of the disc is reached.
(note: Disc function may vary depending on disc format)
Each press of NEXT key during playing will skip the current chapter and play the
next one.
1. Press Forward to fast forward through the disc. Each time the Forward button
is pressed, the fast forward motion speed changes. It would cycle through 2X, 4X, 8X,
16X, 32X and normal.
2. Press PLAY to resume normal playback.
3. Press REV to fast reverse through the disc. Each time the REV button is
pressed, the fast reverse motion speed changes. It would cycle through 2X, 4X, 8X,
16X, 32X and normal.
4. Press PLAY to resume normal playback.
Single step playback
1. When paused, press PAUSE/STEP continuous to single step forward to the next
frame in the video.
2. Press the PAUSE/STEP button to resume normal playback.
