10 Year Limited Warranty
Homewerks Worldwide, LLC warrants that the parts and assemblies of this product
will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household
use for a period of ten years from the original date of purchase. This warranty
covers the original consumer purchaser only and does not cover business,
commercial or industrial use of this product. This warranty shall not apply to goods
which have been subject to accidents, negligence, improper installation or misuse.
Our responsibility under this warranty is limited only to the replacement of parts
and no other costs. Should a malfunction occur which is covered by this warranty,
replacement parts may be obtained from the Customer Service Department at
Homewerks Worldwide. Call toll free 1-877-319-3757, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., CST,
Monday - Friday. You may also contact us by e-mail at [e-mail].
Homewerks Worldwide will, at our discretion, provide replacement parts for installation
by the consumer for any parts that prove defective under normal usage and service
with new, like or equivalent parts.
