BATTERY ACTIVATOR
The battery activator reduces the formation of sulphate deposits on new
batteries. It breaks down already formed sulphate deposits on used batteries
and regenerates the battery. This way it helps increase the lifespan of 12 V
lead acid batteries, significantly. For an effective protection against sulphate
deposits. Also protects the environment through less hazardous waste.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
In 30-second intervals, the battery activator returns the absorbed energy to the
battery in the form of peak current pulses (approximately 90 A). The power
consumption amounts to 3,5 mA. Simply connect the red (+) wire with the (+)
pole and the blue (–) wire with the (–) pole of the battery. The built-in LED serves
as function control. The battery activator can remain permanently connected
to the battery.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
– Connect the unit to the battery (+) red and (–) blue or black.
– Check the safety instructions of the battery.
– Install the battery in a well ventilated place.
– To supply the unit use only 12 V lead acid batteries.
MALFUNCTION
If it can be assumed that a safe operation of the device is no longer possible
the device should immediately be disconnected, removed and secured
against unintentional use. This case is applicable if: The device shows any
signs of damage, the device is no longer functional, parts of the device have
become loose, the connecting wires
show signs of damage, here are
smoke emissions or penetration of
liquids etc. If the device needs to
be repaired, only the original spare
parts may be used. Repairs may only
be done by a trained specialist!
