• Some smartphone may not be charged in portrait mode. In
this case, charge the phone in landscape mode or PAD mode.
• Some mobile devices may not charge depending on the
location of the mobile devices’ charging base.
•Thick mobile cases may prevent or interfere in the wireless
charging performance of the mobile device.
• Wireless charging function is not supported when wired
charger is connected to the mobile devices during wireless
charging.
•Do not place any metallic materials, magnets, cards, etc.
between the product and mobile devices. It may interfere with
normal charging or cause overheating and malfunction.
• If the red light is blinking a metallic material might interfere in
between the wireless charger and the device.
• Make sure to only use adapters that are compatible with the
product’s specifications. (ex. Phone adapters certified by
international standards)

Connect the wireless charger to the USB adapter and plug it to
the socket.
Place the mobile device that supports wireless charging function
on the cradle of the product. Charging begins when the product’s
charging base and the mobile device’s charging base come in
contact.
When charging is completed, separate the mobile device from
the
product.
