The GYSFLASH 158.12 CNT FV is a very powerful, three-phase charger: boasting a 150 A max. current and a
continuous 120 A current. Internet connected and controlled remotely, this charger is designed specically to
be tted to an automotive production line. Designed to meet the IP54 rating requirement, the device’s internal
electronics cannot be damaged by dust or water ingress and it is fully equipped for industrial integration and
automation.
• Preserves the vehicle’s on-board electronics: short circuit, reverse polarity and overload
protection. Anti-spark system.
• An interchangeable fuse protects against operating errors.
• The temperature sensor prevents the internal electronics from overheating.
ULTRA-SECURE
• It’s Auto-Detect feature automatically starts charging when a battery is connected to the charger.
• The Auto-Restart feature saves the current user settings in the event of a power failure.
• Check and calibrate the cables.
• The locking feature prevents mishandling.
• The UVP Wake-Up feature allows a lithium battery to be reactivated with UVP protection.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES AND FEATURES
• Specialised eight-stage (lead-acid battery) or nine-stage (lithium-iron phosphate battery)
charging curve for autonomous use.

technology operating on a supply voltage between 320 - 520 V.
• Its IP54 design makes it both waterproof and dustproof.
• Natural convection cooling.
• With two separate mode-types, it oers innite conguration
possibilities:
- charging modes: for 12 V (and below) lead or lithium batteries
(LFP) from 20 - 1,800 Ah.
- power-supply modes: adjustable settings depending on the
application between 2 - 16 V and from 0 - 150 A.

A FULLY INTERNET-CONNECTED CHARGER DESIGNED EXPLICITLY FOR INDUS-
TRIAL INTEGRATION
The GYSFLASH 158.12 CNT is equipped with specialist connectors allowing it to be fully congured,
customised and operated by the user.
• Featuring a USB connector for:
- downloading software updates
- importing predened charging curves
- adding, deleting or modifying charging modes and proles in order to integrate them with a
GYSFLASH charger
- retrieving the history and charging data from a USB key and analysing it in a spreadsheet.
• With a Smart Module Connector (SMC) to connect additional CNT modules (printer, bar-code
reader and indicator lights, etc.) to further expand the device’s functionality.
• An auxiliary connector for remotely controlling the charger through a simpl e user interface (dry
contacts and on-o control inputs ). Ideal for industrial automation and system integration.
