The ER20 riveting machine is a powerful battery operated tool for blind riveting up to 6.4 mm
diameter
(all materials), especially for structural automotive rivets. With a setting pressure of
20,000 N and a very large stroke of 30 mm, it is also possible to install blind star riveting nut
reliably and quickly.
• 2 return modes:
Manual: the pressure remains on until the trigger is released
when it returns to the initial position.
Automatic: Rivet setting is automatic which reduces the
riveting cycle time.
• Low weight (2 Kg) and rubber handle.
• Increased comfort thanks to the rotating trigger with
reduced release force / release stroke.
• Compact dimensions, with end cap for working without
shank collector.
• Its brushless DC motor guarantees a very long life cycle,
almost without wear.
• Its low power requirement and reduced heat generation
increase battery life and eciency.
Rivet diameter: from 4.0 to 6.4 mm in steel,
aluminium or stainless steel.
