KIT RENOVATED GC/G CLAMP

CHANGE THE QC ARM SUPPORT TO QC-G ON A GYSPOT BP.LQC

Warning ! The gyro is not compatible with

the renove GC/G kit at the risk of being

blocked by the QC arm.

Make sure you have disconnected the machine from the electrical network and the air

network before any intervention.

The procedure for changing the QC to QC-G sup-

port on GYSPOT BP.LQC (064096), is linked to the

procedure for changing the QC arm base to QC-G

(064102).

• Remove the clamp arm.

• Remove the handle

• Unscrew the screws circled in red on the side pro-

tective covers, 2 screws are located below (6 M4x6

screws TCB ref. 41022), (5 D4x12 screws TCBL TORX20

ref.42114).

• Remove the left side protective cover (cover without

button).

• Unscrew the clamp then roll up the seal and the over-

sheath of the sheath support

• Unscrew the spacer that holds the cover

right side.

Caution: Wires connect the cover to the body of

the clamp.

• Slightly unscrew the 2 M4x6 screws (41022) of the

shunt protection.
