Dans le cadre de la norme EN1090, un générateur de soudage doit périodiquement subir
un contrôle de ses paramètres de soudage, donnant lieu à l’établissement d’un « Constat
de Validation ».
La procédure de validation suivante découle de la norme référente EN 50504.
L’objectif de cette démarche est d’assurer à l’utilisateur un résultat de soudage correct et
reproductible dans le temps.

RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS
The CALIWELD LOAD 550A – 3% is a resistive load bank unit that is essential for distributors who
perform welding equipment verications and/or calibrations. Compliant with the standard EN 50504
and EN 60974-14, it can check the conformity of the settings for MMA, TIG and MIG/MAG processes.
The load bank can check the welding machines’ calibration for
MMA, TIG and MIG/MAG processes in complicance with standards
IEC 60974-1, EN 50504 and EN 60974-14. It is not suited to
perform duty cycle measurements.
It can check operations in the following current ranges :
- 5 A to 550 A for MIG/MAG welding machines
- 5 A to 550 A for MMA welding machines
- 5 A to 300 A for TIG welding machines
The load adjustment is set with 5 circuit breakers and a switch
for enhanced precision. The measuring class can be « Standard »
or « Precision ».
No external power supply is required.
Air cooled.
Sturdy build quality.
Lightweight (16 kg), tted with a handle and
strap for greater portability.
