Press the « ESC » button on the keypad to enter the maintenance

mode, which will stop the pump, if it is running.

Disconnect the cooling liquid hose connector on the side of the arm

tightening lever. Connect the hose connector of the draining kit ins-

tead.

Let the hose fall down into a bucket by the side of the machine.

Press again the « ESC » key on the keypad to come back to the wel-

ding mode.

Press the top button on the clamp to activate the pump. The cooling

liquid will pour out during 2 minutes, then the pump will stop auto-

matically. When the pump stops, press again this button to continue

emptying the cooling liquid tank. 20 to 30 minutes are necessary to

completely empty the 30 litres inside the tank.

Pay attention to the moment when the tank gets empty, because the

pump must be stopped when there is no liquid anymore. As soon as

the tank is empty, stop the pump by pressing the « ESC » key on the

keypad. Then ll the tank with new cooling liquid (30 litres).
