COMPOSITION OF THE BOX SET
INFORMATION AND ADVICE
Contact tip: guides the wire to the outlet of the torch and transmits the electrical current to the wire.
When should it be replaced? - when changing yarn (diameter or nature of wire)
in case of wear (blocked or deformed orifice), source of instability in the arc
Contact tip support: Moves the gas.
When should it be replace? in case of wear (blocked gas diffusion orifice...)=> bad gas protection
Diffuser: Directs the gas and protects the weld seam.
When should it be replaced? in case of wear (deformed nozzle) => bad gas coverage
Spring for nozzle: maintain nozzle
When should it be replaced? Failure to maintain the nozzle due to the loss of spring elasticity.
OPTION
For aluminium welding, think of changing Teflon ref.041585
