The M3 GYS AUTO is a single-phase MIG/MAG welding unit featuring GYS’ integrated synergy
technology. Equipped with three torch connections, this machine is recommended for welding
steel, stainless steel, aluminium and for high-tensile, MIG, steel brazing with CuSi3 and CuAl8
wire (making it ideal for car body repairs).

Two torches, two built-in wire-feed reels and a spool gun - The M3 GYS AUTO
is a multi-functional and exible machine designed to weld three dierent wire types, or
diameters, at the same time. It saves the user valuable time by not requiring the torch
to be disassembled and or the wire-feed reels changed between jobs.
Capable of welding:
• Soft wires: as ALSi and CuAl necessary for welding HLE/THLE metal sheets
• Aluminium wires
• Steel wires

wire-feed speed once you have entered:
- the wire type
- the wire diameter
- the welding current

Suitable for both ø 200 mm and ø 300 mm wire-feed reels (15 kg max.).
The M3 GYS AUTO is delivered with a spool gun torch. This motorised
torch can be used on aluminium, stainless steel, copper and steel wire-
feed reels (ø100mm).
• Ideal for soft wires, such as AlSi5 or AlSi12 (recommended for car body
repairs).
• Easy to use: the wire-feed speed can be automatically updated directly
from the torch’s spool gun.
• The machine is delivered with a balancing system to support
the torch’s spool gun.

Each torch features a memory function to save the parameter settings
and these can be recalled from the ‘last used’ settings option (wire
diameter, wire type and mode).
