The micro-processor controlled BATIUM range guarantees welders the maximum effectiveness
and s
ecurity
.
The charging process is automatic and autonomous.
Boasting a 50% shorter charge time compared to traditional
chargers, the BATIUM range ensures ultra-quick and safe
charging by providing a consistent average current
during the 'boost' phase.
The BATIUM range offers a 100% charge for all lead-acid
batteries* (IwUoU curve). A standard 'automatic' charger,
W2 or WU curve, only charges up to 90%.
Our specialist BATIUM range is a microprocessor-controlled,
smart charger; it constantly analyses the battery's status
and regulates the charging process according to the
battery's needs.
Deeply discharged batteries that are still in good
condition (e.g. the lights come on when the vehicle has
stopped) could have a voltage as low as 1 V. Our BATIUM
models can charge from 2 V, whereas most chargers
cannot.
Protects the on-board electronics. No need to
disconnect the battery from the vehicle. No risk of sparks
or short-circuiting and no current is supplied to the clamps
unless they are connected to the battery's terminals.
