 The GPIB buffer, output queue and input
queued commands are cleared.
 The interface status (specified talker or listener
status) is cleared.
 The SRQ and status byte register are cleared.
 The remote status and LLO (local lock out)
setting are cleared and the power supply unit
enters the local state.
 Panel setting remains unchanged.

Responses to the IEEE488.2 command, *RST, are as
shown below:
