:MEASure:PARAmeter?
Function： It sets or queries the measurement parameter (max.4
items) at present.
Description：
Set parameter OFF, RDC(DC Resistance), Ls(Series Inductance),
Lp(Parallel Inductance), Cs (Series Capacitance), Cp (Parallel
Capacitance), Q (Quality Factor), D (Dissipation Factor), Rs (Series
Resistance) Rp(Parallel Resistance), Z(Impedance), θd(Angle),
θr(Diameter), R(Resistance), X(Reactance), Y (Admittance), G
(Conductivity), B (Susceptance).
Set syntax
:MEASure:PARAmeter RDC,Z,DEG,OFF
RDC is the first measure parameter, the second is Z, the third is
θdeg
，
and the forth is OFF.
Query syntax
