Setting the Test Time (Timer)
Background
The TIMER setting is used to set the test time
for the current test. The test time determines
how long the test voltage or current is applied
to the DUT. This test time does not include
Ramp , initial start time or discharge time
(note: GB does not have Ramp or discharge
times). The test time can be set from 0.5 seconds
to 999.9 seconds for ACW, DCW and GB and
1.0 second to 999.9 seconds for IR, with a
resolution of 0.1 seconds for all modes. The
timer can be turned off when in the special
MANU test mode when using the ACW or
DCW test functions.
Each test has an initial test time of 100ms and a
discharge time (except GB). The total discharge
time depends on the DUT and test voltage.
