Query
Description
Returns the sweep mode, the voltage and current
settings and the number data points that are used
in the last sweep. There can be a maximum of 190
data points, depending on the testing time.
The data is returned as a string in the following
format:
SWEEP MODE,VSET,ISET,Get Data[#data points].
