Sets the ACW LO SET current to 20 mA.

Query
Description
Sets or returns the ACW test time in seconds. The
test must first be in ACW mode before this
command can be used.
Note: A “TIME ERR” will result if the Ramp Time
+ Test Time is ≥ 240 seconds when the HI SET limit
is over 30mA (GPT-98XX) or over 80mA (GPT-
99XX). This applies to the ACW function only.
In special MANU mode, the TIMER can be turned
off.
