Setting the Ramp Up Time
Background
The Ramp Up time is the total time taken for
the tester to reach the test voltage level. The
Ramp Up time starts after the initial time
(100ms) with a start voltage of 50 volts. The
Ramp Up time can be set from 000.1 to 999.9
seconds. The Ramp Up time is only applicable
for ACW, DCW and IR tests.
