FAIL Judgment
1. When the test is judged as FAIL,
FAIL will be displayed, the buzzer
will sound and the FAIL indicator
will be lit red.
As soon as a test is judged FAIL,
power is cut from the terminals.

is pressed. Pressing the STOP
button twice will return the tester
to the READY status.
