Setting the Test Time (Timer)
Background
The TIMER setting is used to set the test time
for the test. The test time determines how long
to run the test at the test voltage. This test time
does not include the Ramp up time (fixed at
100ms) or initial start time. The test time can be
set from 001 seconds to 180 seconds for ACW,
DCW and IR tests, with a resolution of 1 second
for all modes. The timer can also be turned off.
The total discharge time depends on the DUT
and is not specified.
