Configure EOL Character
Description
The system config menu can set the EOL(end-of-
line) character for return message.
(The USB, GPIB and LAN’s EOL character is
fixed with CR+LF)
The EOL characters that can be received from the
PC include CR+LF, LF+CR, CR or LF. The most
common EOL character is CR+LF.
Return to Local Control
Background
When the unit is in remote control mode, the
RMT icon above the main display can be seen.
When this icon is not displayed, it indicates that
the unit is in local control mode.
Procedure
1. Press the Local key when in remote mode.
2. The unit will go back into local mode and the
RMT icon will turn off.
