Configure Interface 
Overview 
The RS-232 and USB interfaces are standard for all 
models, however the GPIB interface is only applicable 
for the GOM-804G and GOM-805. The remote control 
interfaces allow the GOM-804/805 to be programmed 
for automatic testing.

please see the Command Overview chapter on page 102.

Configure USB Interface 
Background 
The Type B USB port on the rear panel is used for 
remote control. This interface creates a virtual COM port 
when connected to a PC.   
  Note 
The USB interface requires the USB driver to be 
installed. See page 91 to install the USB driver.

Connect the Type A-B USB cable to the 
rear panel USB B port on the

Connect the other end to the Type A port
