Zeroing (Relative Function)

Background

The Relative function is used to perform a zero

adjustment on the test leads.

After the Relative value is pre-set, each measurement that

is displayed is equal to the actual value minus the relative

preset value.

Note

The Relative function cannot be used with the Scan or

Diode functions.

1. Short the

cables

Short the test cables together as shown in the diagram

below:

key.
