Sets cursor mode to horizontal (H) or horizontal
and vertical (HV).
Syntax :CURSor:MODe {OFF | H | HV | ? }
Parameter OFF Turns the cursors off.
H Turns the horizontal cursors on.
HV Turns horizontal and vertical cursors on.
Return parameter
HV Horizontal and vertical cursors are on.
H Horizontal cursors are on.
