Example
:MEASure:SOURce1 CH1
:MEASure:FALL?
Selects Channel 1 as the source, and then measures
the fall time.
:MEASure:PWIDth
Description
Returns the first positive pulse width.
Syntax
:MEASure:PWIDth?
