b) Signal input
The setup for external input is completed once the above operations and the settings are done. Now
connect the signal source and input the signal.
If the input signal exceeds the maximum voltage that can be output, the output overvoltage protection
function will operate, in which case output may be turned off and the waveform may become distorted.
Caution is therefore required concerning the input voltage level and the external input gain.
To avoid clipping of the output voltage, use an input voltage of 2.2 V or less.
Also, to prevent problems in this product input block, do not allow the input voltage
to exceed 10 V.
When using external input mode, the following functions and keys cannot be used.
Output voltage setting See 5.3.3 Setting output voltage.
Output frequency setting See 5.3.4 Setting output frequency.
Memory See 4.8 Using Memory Functions.
CAUTION
