F1 (Internal) or F2
(External).

External Source
Use the MOD INPUT terminal
on the rear panel when using an
external source.
Note If an external modulation source is selected, pulse
width modulation is controlled by the ± 5V from the
MOD INPUT terminal on the rear panel. For example,
if modulation depth is set to 100%, then the
maximum pulse width occurs at +5V, and the
minimum pulse width at -5V.
