the output termination from high impedance to
50Ω will half the amplitude.
If the output termination is set to high impedance,
dBm units cannot be used. The units will default to
Vpp.

Sets the channel 1 output termination to 50Ω.

Command
Description
Sets or queries the output amplitude units. There
are three types of units: VPP, VRMS and DBM.
Note
The units set with the VOLTage:UNIT command
will be used as the default unit for all amplitude
units unless a different unit is specifically used for
a command.
If the output termination is set to high impedance,
dBm units cannot be used. The Units will
automatically default to Vpp.
Syntax SOURce[1|2]:VOLTage:UNIT {VPP|VRMS|DBM}
Example SOUR1:VOLT:UNIT VPP
Sets the amplitude units to Vpp.
Query Syntax SOURce[1|2]:VOLTage:UNIT?
Return Parameter VPP Vpp
